Depocaps™

Depocaps™ are filled with a number of slow-release pellets. They are designed for a pH-independent sustained release of the active compound.

Advantages of Depocaps™

• They are easy and more pleasant to take, as the contents of the capsule can generally be taken without the shell.
• Their active ingredient does not irritate the gastric mucosa as much as in the case of e.g. tablets.
• The body's uptake of the active substance is uniform, so the activity remains constant over a fairly long time. This enables the patient to take the drug less often, e.g. only once a day, instead of three times a day.
